When you’re at this level, the expectations change.
At This Level started with something I’d noticed throughout my own career: the more responsibility you take on, the more important communication becomes.
You can know your stuff inside out, but suddenly there’s another part of the job — getting your ideas across, bringing people with you, handling the conversations that aren’t easy and being able to hold your own when it matters.
And it’s why I created At This Level.
That’s the bit I find fascinating.
Why me?
I’ve spent 14 years helping people learn, develop and communicate - as well as leading teams myself.
My background brings together leadership, an MA in Education and training in performance and voice. I speak four languages, so perhaps it’s no surprise that I’ve always been fascinated by language and communication. Together, those things shape how I approach this work.
I understand how people learn. I understand how communication works. And I like making both practical.
